I provide onsite tech support, advice and coaching to help you get more from your technology. I don't just fix things: my goal is to make you feel more confident about the way you use and enjoy your tech.
I charge $60/hour for my initial visit. For subsequent visits I charge $90/hour plus a travel fee of $10-15 per visit. I offer a lower rate for people who would like a regular, recurring check-in to get hands-on help for anything that comes up.
I worked in IT for 30 years at Cisco Systems and the International Monetary Fund prior to starting this venture. I have volunteered as a technical expert with Computer CORE, an organization helping underserved adults reach their career aspirations, and with At Home in Alexandria, an organization helping people 55 and older successfully navigate aging.
I'm a teacher at heart; I like to take the time to explain as well as fix problems with the goal of demystifying technology and building confidence. I'm patient with my clients and determined when facing technical challenges.
